With textures inspired by the gorgeous landscape of Sedona, Arizona, "Red Rocks, Blue Skies" is a generous shawl with open lacework - airy and snuggly at the same time.
Fatimah designed "Red Rocks, Blue Skies" using 2 skeins of "Vortex", a superwash DK-weight yarn that was dyed exclusively for Two Sheeps by Emily Rhoads of Distortion Fibers.
All (100%!) of profits from the sale of this beautiful shawl pattern will be donated to Black Trans Women Inc (@blacktranswomen, www.blacktranswomen.org), a national nonprofit organization whose mission is to address the urgent concerns facing African American trans women in minority communities. BTWI empowers the trans-feminine community with programs and resources to inspire individual growth, as well as contributions to the greater good of society to meet its mission of uplifting the voices, hearts, and souls of black trans women. 🐑🐑💗
